Bieksha, Elaine
Frederick, Carolyn Keck, and Andrea Wallace In 1998 we presented a group of sixth grade middle schoolers with a real problem in Piscataway, New Jersey. The problem was presented to the school district by the township director of recreation, Mr. Donovan in the form of a letter. The problem was VANDALISM. He wanted Piscataway schools to take action in helping the township with vandalism. He had some ideas for what kids might do, however, the sixth grade teachers knew that you might brainstorm additional ideas after researching using the tool of the Internet WebQuest for inquiring minds Designed by Rebecca
"Captain" McLelland As a citizen of Perth Amboy you have been notified of the redevelopment of the neighborhood along High, Rector and Washington Streets. A group of wealthy investors have been speaking with your town council and the Mayor about the prospects of a professional golf course to cover the stretch of land that is currently home to abandoned or burned out factories along the Bay. As part of the legal process the involved people must now meet with the town at large through a series of public discussion sessions.
