From the New Jersey Turnpike
Take the Turnpike to Exit 9. After the toll booths, bear left to Route 18 south, East Brunswick.  Travel approximately five miles to Rues Lane. Take the jug handle across the highway to Route 18 North. Approximately 1/4 mile after the jug handle, turn right at the U and proceed past IHOP, bear right and follow signs to 760, which is behind the Best Western Inn and Work Out World. The ETTC is located at the far end of the building.

From the shore (GSP or Route 18 from the South) 
Take the GSP to Exit 105 to Route 18 North when you see the sign for Rues Lane it indicates that you are approximately 1/2 mile from ETTC.  Follow through by making a right hand turn at the U and proceed past IHOP, bear right and follow signs to 760, which is behind the Best Western Inn and Work Out World. The ETTC is located at the far end of the building.

From Route 1, North or South 
Take Route 1 to Route 18 South and Travel approximately five miles to Rues Lane. Take the jug handle across the highway to Route 18 North. Approximately 1/4 mile after the jug handle, turn right at the U and proceed past IHOP, bear right and follow signs to 760, which is behind the Best Western Inn and Work Out World. The ETTC is located at the far end of the building.

Traveling South on Route 287*  
Take Route 287 to the Highland Park River Rd Exit 9 and bear right onto River Rd.   The mileage from the 287 exit to the Route 18 junction is 4.1 miles.  After bearing right onto Route 18 travel approximately 7.2 miles to Rues Lane. Take the jug handle across the highway to Route 18 North. Approximately 1/4 mile after the jug handle, turn right at the U and proceed past IHOP, bear right and follow signs to 760, which is behind the Best Western Inn and Work Out World. The ETTC is located at the far end of the building.

Traveling North on Route 287*

Take Route 287 to the Highland Park River Rd Exit 9 and at the light make a left turn onto River Rd.  The mileage from the 287 exit to the Route 18 junction is 4.2 miles.  After bearing right onto Route 18 travel approximately 7.2 miles to Rues Lane. Take the jug handle across the highway to Route 18 North. Approximately 1/4 mile after the jug handle, turn right at the U and proceed past IHOP, bear right and follow signs to 760, which is behind the Best Western Inn and Work Out World. The ETTC is located at the far end of the building.
